Douglas Simms Stenhouse is a plein air, transparent watercolor artist who lives in Southern California and paints throughout the US. Over the past 8 years his paintings have received over 63 awards and appeared in over 242 exhibits, 63 of them solo events. He is a signature member of the Montana, New Mexico and Kentucky Watercolor Societies and belongs to a number of other local, regional and national artist groups.
